DECO-FLAMME dispose d’un effectif permanent de 25 personnes, alternant pro ls artistiques (infographistes, décorateurs), managériaux (chefs de projet, régisseurs, chefs d’équipe), opérationnels (tapissiers, menuisiers, techniciens polyvalents), lui permettant de maîtriser en interne l’ensemble des savoir-faire de la décoration événementielle.
Portant une attention particulière à la qualité et à la sécurité, DECO-FLAMME exige de son équipe technique des diplômes et des formations selon leurs spécialités. Ainsi, en 2017, en collaboration avec la SOCOTEC, DECO-FLAMME a délivré à ses techniciens, 5 sessions de formation (échafaudages roulants, travail en hauteur...).
DECO-FLAMME employs 25 people permanently, involving artistic pro les (graphics, decorators), managing pro les (project managers, directors, team directors), executing pro les (upholsterers, carpenters, polyvalent technicians), who allow the company to control and master the knowledge of events.
Because of a high awareness of quality and safety, DECO- FLAMME demands diplomas and trainings to his technical team. For that reason, in 2017, DECO-FLAMME set up a collaboration with SOCOTEC, which allowed our technicians 5 different training sessions (moving scaffoldings, working at heights...).
